Kalas Darshan is a visionary affordable housing project taking shape in the emerging suburb of Titwala, Mumbai. Developed by Jay Ganesh Developers, this initiative is a significant step toward addressing the urban housing needs of the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Lower Income Group (LIG) segments. With our team leading both Architectural Design and Project Management Consultancy (PMC), the project is designed to deliver a high standard of living through smart planning, sustainable development, and timely execution. Spanning across two phases with a combined built-up area of over 1.4 million square feet, Kalas Darshan brings together scale and quality. Phase 1 covers approximately 706,877 sq. ft., while Phase 2 adds another 696,471 sq. ft. The development will house 2,242 thoughtfully designed residential units, all optimized for ventilation, natural light, and spatial efficiency.
