The Khopoli Municipal Council Town Plaza is a landmark civic development project spearheaded by the Directorate of Town Planning and Valuation, Maharashtra State. Located in the rapidly urbanizing town of Khopoli in Raigad district, this initiative is designed to elevate public infrastructure while creating a centralized, well-organized space for community engagement and commercial activity. With architectural design and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) entrusted to our team, we are proud to oversee a project that blends civic purpose with urban functionality. Encompassing a built-up area of 39,941.10 sq.ft. and configured as a Ground + 1 Floor development, the Town Plaza is more than just a building — it’s a multifunctional public space.
Strategically planned to house municipal services, commercial units, and community amenities, the plaza aims to become a vibrant civic hub. It will not only improve access to public services but also foster economic activity through structured retail and commercial zones, supporting the livelihoods of local vendors and entrepreneurs. As the appointed PMC, our role involves comprehensive project coordination, from supervising construction quality to ensuring timely execution, budget control, and safety compliance. We also manage contractor and vendor coordination while adhering to strict government protocols for public infrastructure projects. Our approach ensures that each phase of the project maintains transparency, efficiency, and alignment with the government’s long-term vision for tier-III town development. The Khopoli Town Plaza represents a progressive model of urban planning in smaller towns — providing a space where civic functionality, economic development, and community interaction can thrive. It is a tangible step toward inclusive urban governance and infrastructure equity across Maharashtra. We’re honored to contribute to a project that strengthens the backbone of local governance and improves everyday life for Khopoli’s residents.
