Swapnagan Project in Solapur is a milestone initiative by the Maharashtra Housing Development Corporation (MHDC) aimed at redefining affordable housing in urban Maharashtra. Envisioned as a balanced mix of residential and commercial development, the project includes 273 tenements for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), 42 for the Lower Income Group (LIG), and 26 commercial shops. With both architectural design and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) entrusted to our team, we are driving the project toward a holistic, future-ready living solution for Solapur’s growing population.
The project adopts a G+10 configuration, reflecting a strategic shift toward vertical development to optimize land usage in high-density urban areas. Beyond providing essential housing, Swapnagan seamlessly integrates commercial spaces within the community—ensuring that residents have easy access to daily needs while encouraging local entrepreneurship.
